Tier II Reporting Guidance Letter

City of Wilson Fire Rescue Services

 

The City of Wilson Fire Rescue Services will require electronic Tier II Submittal for the current reporting year using either E-Plan or Tier II Submit. 

E-Plan Users

·         Facilities using E-Plan will need to save/export a copy of their E-Plan report to a CD and mail the CD to the address listed below.  The saved copy should have a “.mer” file extension and may be saved in a compressed (zip) folder.   

·         A cover letter that includes the facility contact information must accompany the CD.  In the event the CD is damaged in transit this information will be used to contact the facility to request a replacement copy.

Tier II Submit Software Users

·         Facilities using the Tier II Submit software can email the report to the address listed below:

o   WFRS_Tier_II@wilsonnc.org

o   Tier II Submit software user please be sure to save and submit the file in the “.t2s” format not the “.zip” format.
